For tyre sales, tyre services, wheel refurbishment and towing services provided by M&M Felgenaufbereitung. Last updated: 20 October 2026.
Draft: complete the information in square brackets before publication.
The contracting party is M&M Felgenaufbereitung, Ali Korkmaz, Kölner Landstraße 99, 41515 Grevenbroich-Allrath, Germany. Contact: 0172 15 66 800, info@mm-felgen.de. In the following, this business is referred to as “we”.
These terms apply to tyre deliveries, tyre and wheel services, cosmetic wheel refurbishment, and towing and vehicle transport services agreed with customers, provided they have been validly incorporated into the relevant contract. They do not apply merely because someone visits the website or makes an enquiry. Individual agreements take precedence. Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.
The service descriptions on our website are for information and do not constitute a binding offer. Opening an email, telephone or WhatsApp link does not place a chargeable order. A contract is formed when the customer and business agree on the requested service and the applicable payment or its calculation basis, and we accept the order.
Tyre sales are concluded on site. For tyre sales, telephone, email and WhatsApp are used for non-binding enquiries, advice and appointment arrangements; no binding distance sale of tyres is concluded through these channels. Towing and other service orders are agreed separately with the customer and accepted by us. Statutory requirements apply to legally required contract information and confirmations. An inspection or diagnosis is charged separately only if agreed in advance.
The individually agreed price and scope of service are decisive. For consumers, we quote total prices including applicable VAT and known unavoidable price components. If the total price cannot yet be determined when the contract is formed, we agree the calculation basis and indicate possible additional costs.
Tyres, fitting, balancing, valves or TPMS work, disposal, travel, towing, additional work and any storage are charged only within the agreed scope. Additional work is agreed with the customer before it is carried out, unless another statutory basis exceptionally permits action. We notify the customer of any substantial overrun of a non-binding estimate as required by law.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due under the statutory rules. For work contracts, the statutory acceptance requirements must in particular be considered. The payment method and any different payment deadline are agreed in the order or invoice. Statutory rights of retention and refusal of performance remain unaffected.
Tyres are supplied in the agreed model and size and in accordance with the agreed technical requirements. Accurate vehicle and intended-use information is needed for selection. Vehicle documents, permitted tyre sizes, load capacity, speed rating and required approvals must be taken into account.
A different brand, size or specification will not be substituted for ordered goods without agreement. Delivery dates are binding only if expressly agreed as such. We inform the customer of identifiable delays; statutory rights relating to delay or impossibility remain unaffected. Used tyres or wheels require a separate agreement.
The agreed tyre service may include tyre removal and fitting, balancing, replacement of complete wheels, and agreed valve or TPMS work. Customer-supplied tyres and wheels are checked within the order for apparent suitability and condition. We do not fit unsuitable, non-permitted or visibly unsafe combinations; instead, we discuss the next steps.
The customer provides necessary vehicle and wheel information and existing approvals and tells us about known damage, special features, anti-theft devices and TPMS problems. This does not affect our own professional duties to inspect and advise. Any additional inspection or service required is carried out by agreement.
At handover, customers may receive vehicle- and work-specific guidance on tyre pressure, wheel fastening and any necessary follow-up check. Please follow this guidance and the manufacturer's instructions. Such guidance does not generally exclude statutory defect or liability claims. Wheel storage or used tyre disposal is included only if agreed.
The specific scope of cosmetic refurbishment depends on the material, surface, condition and agreed result. An initial assessment from photos does not replace the necessary inspection of the wheel. If cracks, deformation or other safety-related findings are identified, we agree the next steps with the customer. Cosmetic refurbishment does not promise technical restoration of an unsuitable wheel or guarantee its roadworthiness.
Colour, gloss level and finish are agreed. If previously unidentifiable circumstances arise during the work that could affect its scope or result, we inform the customer before carrying out additional work that has not been agreed. Statutory rights concerning deviations from the agreed quality remain unaffected.
A towing or transport order becomes binding only once we accept it. We agree, in particular, the location, vehicle, vehicle condition, access arrangements, destination, requested measures and price or calculation basis. Round-the-clock availability, a fixed arrival time, recovery, passenger transport or specific insurance cover are owed only if expressly agreed or required by law.
The customer discloses known circumstances relevant to safe performance, such as locked wheels, missing keys, existing damage, unusual vehicle weights, leaking fluids or special features of an electric or hybrid vehicle. Available keys and necessary documents must be provided as agreed. We remain responsible for the proper performance and checks required of us.
The person placing the order must be authorised to do so. If visibly acting for a third party, that party's identity and the representation must be recorded in the order. These terms do not impose additional personal liability on a representative beyond statutory rules. Measures ordered by authorities or other third parties are governed by the relevant order and statutory provisions.
Where a contract of carriage exists, the applicable provisions of sections 407 et seq. of the German Commercial Code (HGB) apply in particular; mandatory transport law and, where applicable, international provisions take precedence. Statutory liability rules apply to loss, damage and delay, particularly sections 425 et seq. HGB where applicable. These terms introduce no additional contractual exclusions of liability or flat liability limits.
Visible pre-existing damage and vehicle characteristics relevant to the order may be documented when the vehicle is collected and handed over. Where possible, customers should remove valuables and loose items not needed for the order before handover. This does not exclude our statutory duties of care or liability.
The handover or delivery location and the person authorised to receive the vehicle are agreed. Any subsequent storage or standing time and its charge are agreed separately unless a statutory basis applies. These terms do not establish a flat daily storage fee. Release, disposal or retention of a vehicle is governed by statutory requirements and valid individual agreements.
Please inform us as early as possible if an appointment or order cannot proceed as agreed. Merely missing an appointment does not incur a flat cancellation charge under these terms. Any payment or damages claims depend on the specific agreement and statutory requirements; saved expenses and other use of labour must be taken into account as required by law.
Termination of a work contract is governed by statutory rules, particularly section 648 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Termination or alteration of a contract of carriage is governed, where applicable, by transport law. Travel or services already provided may be charged only on a valid contractual or statutory basis. Termination for good cause and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Statutory defect rights apply to tyres and wheels supplied and work performed. A guarantee exists only if expressly given and does not limit statutory defect rights. Please report complaints promptly so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, offer rectification or replacement. This request does not shorten statutory time limits or rights.
Our liability is governed by statutory provisions. In particular, these terms do not exclude or limit claims for loss of life, bodily injury or damage to health, or for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. The statutory rules referred to in section 7 also apply to transport services. Contributory fault is considered only under the statutory requirements.
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance or away from business premises. Whether and to what extent this applies to a particular order depends on the statutory requirements and exceptions. Where a withdrawal right exists, customers receive the legally required separate withdrawal information and model withdrawal form before making their contractual declaration.
A request to begin work immediately replaces neither required withdrawal information nor the legally required express consent and acknowledgement concerning possible expiry of the withdrawal right. Where required, these declarations are obtained separately. The description “urgent” or contact by telephone or WhatsApp does not generally exclude all withdrawal rights.
We process personal data needed for enquiries and contract performance in accordance with our privacy policy. Advertising messages require an applicable legal basis; simply contacting us does not constitute general consent to advertising.
Statutory provisions govern applicable law and competent courts. These terms do not establish exclusive jurisdiction to the detriment of consumers. Individual agreements and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
